Tiffany Fancher

LPC-R, NCC

Virginia

Tiffany received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a Licensed Resident Counselor in Virginia practicing under the supervision of Keith Huffman, LPC, at MySpectrum.

Tiffany has experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, women’s issues, abuse recovery, trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, and grief. She is deeply passionate about helping clients understand how childhood experiences, relationships, loss, and traumatic events have shaped the way they see themselves and move through the world. Tiffany believes healing begins when clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. She works collaboratively to uncover the roots of self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and attachment wounds so clients can break free from survival mode, build healthier and more fulfilling relationships, and create a life grounded in authenticity, self-worth, and emotional resilience. Her goal is to help clients rewrite the stories that no longer serve them and reconnect with the strengths that have been within them all along.

Her passion for helping others came after her own personal experiences with adversity. She developed a deep commitment to helping others find hope, healing, and resilience. Tiffany is passionate about encouraging others to see that they are more than the survival strategies they developed to cope and that healing is possible and it does not have to be done alone.

In her free time Tiffany enjoys spending time with her children and her beloved dog. Upon obtaining licensure, Tiffany plans to pursue certification as a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician to further specialize in supporting individuals recovering from emotional and psychological abuse.
