As a Teletherapist, she enjoys working with a variety of populations to include: adolescents, teens and at-risk youth, young adults, couples, and LGBTQ. Additionally, as a military spouse, she has experience working with active duty service members, Veterans, and their families. Specific areas Tiffany treats include: substance use and addiction, grief/loss, marital/domestic issues, abuse, mood disorders, ADD/ADHD, depression, teen issues (peer pressure, self-esteem), separation/divorce, military adjustments/transitions, PTSD, as well as chronic pain and illness.

Tiffany is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, all of which are tools she uses in her work with families, couples, and individuals to support them in their journey toward healing and wholeness.

Tiffany believes in building a therapeutic relationship centered on compassion and empathy, drawing from her own personal experience and education to provide the most individualized care for each client and family. Additionally, Tiffany believes in working in partnership with her clients, utilizing their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals. She also realizes how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their well-being, including their physical health, support systems (family, friends), work or school environment, and faith/spirituality in this process.

When not working, Tiffany enjoys listening to music, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
