Tierra received a Bachelors degree and Masters degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia.

Tierra’s experiences in the clinical social work field have led her to focus on her passion to provide support to others, supporting them through life changes, emotional and behavioral challenges, grief/loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, and a variety of other stressors. 

Tierra is well-rounded in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed treatment, as well as other theoretical approaches. She has a special interest in working with young adults who face many life transitions while making efforts to cope with their mental health symptoms. Tierra’s identified purpose in life is to empower others to improve their lives.
