Jade received both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Social Work from George Mason University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia.

Jade has a wide range of experience working with adults who have varying needs to include serious mental illnesses (SMI) (i.e. thought disorders, mood disorders, and depressive disorders), substance use disorders, and those who are struggling with finding a balance in life that works for them. Jade also provides support to those who are looking for a listening ear to talk about life’s day-to-day nuances.

Jade utilizes a trauma-informed approach to provide care that is compassionate and meets individuals where they are in their current stage of life or treatment. Jade helps to provide support while incorporating elements of various clinical interventions customized to the client’s individual needs such as Motivational Interviewing techniques and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help increase confidence, increase motivation, and develop the use of coping skills along each person’s healing journey.

Jade seeks to help break down the barriers and stigmas often associated with mental health and increase access to services. Jade supports each individual working towards their goals in life and is experienced in helping the individuals she serves improve their overall quality of life.

When not working, Jade enjoys spending time with her adopted kitten, friends/family, and singing karaoke.
