Jacqueline received a Masters Degree in Education / Community and College Counseling from Longwood University and a Doctorate in Psychology in Mental Health Administration from Ashford University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia.

Throughout her career, Jacqueline’s focus has been on helping people, guiding them through stressful experiences and allowing them to make better choices to live healthier lives. She has extensive training and experience working with diverse populations. She has worked in community mental health, prisons, and the school setting. Jacqueline works with children with special needs, teenagers, adults, families, and parents and identifies her specialties as anxiety, ADHD, depression, and other mood disorders.

Jacqueline uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, guiding individuals from negative thinking to more positive aspects of their lives.

When not working, Jacqueline enjoys traveling, gardening, exercising, spending time with family, and watching Netflix movies.
