Brandi earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She is a Resident in Counseling in the state of Virginia and practices under the supervision of John Berry, LPC, at MySpectrum.
Brandi has over seven years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, including children as young as five, adolescents, and adults across outpatient, residential, and community-based settings. She has provided both individual and group psychotherapy and has experience supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including formerly incarcerated individuals, sex offenders, and persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Brandi specializes in working with individuals experiencing attachment and behavioral challenges, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-harm, trauma, and anxiety. She takes an integrative, evidence-based approach to treatment, incorporating mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and client-centered techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Brandi is committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. She believes that meaningful and lasting change occurs through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration.
Outside of her professional work, Brandi enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and unwinding by binging some of her favorite television shows.
