Karla has a degree in Law, with a specialization in International Relations from the University Anahuac Mayab. She has more than five years of experience working in customer service, retention, and financial services. Karla has worked within various settings such as law firms, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and even for Cozumel’s City Hall as a Lawyer at the Comptroller’s Office. 

Karla is Bilingual in English and Spanish, and was born in what she considers to be the prettiest island in the Caribbean – Cozumel. When she is not working, Karla spends her days at the beach or with her pets (3 dogs and 4 cats). Her biggest dream is to swim with the humpback whales.
