Joseph looks forward to also helping those with anger management issues, mood disorders, parenting issues, peer relationship issues, personality disorders, school issues, self-harming behaviors, and suicidal thoughts. Joseph uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to identify the causes of struggles. By identifying the causes, he can help find solutions which makes day to day life easier.

Over the years, Joseph has worked with a wide range of clients through his work as a supervisor of crisis stabilization and services for clients on probation. This has allowed him to work with clients who are feeling depressed and having thoughts of wanting to hurt themselves. He has also worked directly with clients who feel so angry that they want to hurt others. Because of this, he can help navigate whatever feelings might be happening.
You should never feel that your issues are too severe for counseling. Joseph is here for whatever you need in session. If you need to cry in session, you can. If you need to yell, scream, or curse in session, you can. Joseph can help you figure out the causes of you depression and anger in order to find solutions which improve your life.

When not working, Joseph is playing board games with friends and spending time reading books and comic books. Joseph loves traveling to places like Japan and being into all things nerdy. During the summer, you can find him at local food and wine festivals.
