Dina received a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia.

Dina has worked in the mental health field since 2009. She is passionate about providing care for children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing difficulties with relationships, stress/anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief and loss. Dina also works with both traditional and non-traditional couples to address issues of communication while fostering mutual love, care, and trust in relationships.

In her work with clients, Dina integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Family Focused Therapy (FFT) in her approach. She also utilizes and person-centered and strengths-based approach to collaboratively work with clients to define their goals, while creating resiliency.
When not working, Dina loves to read, exercise, and play with her two daughters.
