Pam received a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Pam is a creative counselor ready to meet your, or your child’s, needs. She has 6+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings, with a variety of needs. She uses many different techniques to provide a comprehensive client-centered approach including play therapy, trauma informed therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She supports individuals on the Autism Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum, which makes her a great fit for MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching. Pam is committed to continued education and uses research-based techniques to provide encouragement and tools for thriving through life’s challenges.
When not working, Pam enjoys crafting, spending time with friends and family, and going on adventures including zip-lining and riding her motorcycle.
