Carol received a Bachelor’s degree in English from Rollins College and Master’s degree in Social Work from The Catholic University of America. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia.
Carol’s specialty is working with children and families who have challenges with ADHD/ADD, trauma, anxiety, teen conflict, depression, anger and grief, or basic life transitions. She employs a strengths-based approach with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral methods, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness interventions.
Carol believes that therapy is a great gift you can provide to yourself or your child. She offers a safe and therapeutic opportunity to find healing.
